    Privacy Policy

A clear explanation of how Just Keep Gaming handles information for Wrestling GM 2026.

Last updated and effective: 9 September 2026.

    1. Who we are and this policy

Just Keep Gaming operates Wrestling GM 2026 in a browser and on mobile devices. Our download page identifies the current Android and iOS distribution options, including beta access. This policy covers those versions and the related account, community, support and purchase services that we operate.

For privacy questions or requests, contact privacy@wrestlinggm.com.

    2. Information we collect

We collect information only when it is needed for a feature, service or request. Depending on how you use Wrestling GM 2026, this can include:

    • Account information: email address, account identifier and authentication information when you register or sign in with email/password or Google.
    • Cloud-save and gameplay information: federation name, game progress, game state and related save information when you use cloud saves. The game’s service also records account-linked gameplay and technical fields for its analytics and administration features.
    • Community information: ideas, comments, votes and any display name you submit through the Creative Suite; wrestler idea submissions and the name, email and content you choose to provide.
    • Patreon connection information: if you choose to connect Patreon, the service stores Patreon identifiers, email/name, membership tier/status and access information needed to check supporter entitlement.
    • Purchase and custom-wrestler information: Stripe Checkout session, payment and customer identifiers, product, price, payment status, amount, currency and email; and the custom wrestler details you submit after a supporter purchase. The service can also store custom-wrestler order and generated-image URLs associated with game purchases.
    • Support and survey information: your contact details, message and any survey answers or feedback you send us.
    • Technical and notification information: app platform/version, device identifier and push token when notifications are enabled. Delivery attempts and Firebase message identifiers may be logged.
    • Website information: browser/device information, IP address, pages and events, and cookie or similar-technology identifiers where you permit optional website analytics or advertising.
    • Optional session replay information: if you actively allow session replay analytics in the browser or mobile app, a replay may contain your in-app navigation, product interactions, visible gameplay content and device/app metadata. Replays use an opaque account or installation identifier, not your email, GM name or federation name.

Not every category applies to every user. For example, Patreon data is collected only if you connect Patreon, and purchase data only if you make a purchase.

    3. How we use information and our lawful bases

We use information to run accounts and cloud saves; authenticate users; provide, restore and improve game features; manage community submissions and votes; fulfil supporter and custom-wrestler purchases; provide support; send requested or service-related emails; prevent fraud and abuse; secure and debug our services; and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Under UK GDPR, we generally rely on performance of our contract with you to provide accounts, saves, purchases and support; our legitimate interests in operating, protecting and improving Wrestling GM 2026; and legal obligations for records we must keep. We rely on consent where required, including for optional website analytics/advertising technologies, session replay and optional communications. You may withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing already carried out before withdrawal.

    4. Payments, purchases and supporter services

Website supporter/custom-wrestler checkout is provided through Stripe. Stripe processes payment details under its own privacy policy. Our records show the purchase metadata needed to confirm payment and fulfil the reward, such as transaction and customer identifiers, product, amount, currency, status and customer email. The website checkout code does not collect your full card number.

For purchases made through a mobile platform's store checkout, Apple or Google processes the payment under its own privacy policy. The service may store a product identifier and purchase token to validate and fulfil a purchase. Review the disclosures provided with your installed app for platform-specific information.

    5. Advertising, analytics and crash reporting

Optional website analytics uses Google Analytics 4 and, when configured, PostHog including exception capture. These services can receive online identifiers, IP address, browser/device information and usage events after you accept analytics. Rejecting analytics leaves necessary account storage and service communications available.

Optional session replay is separate from website analytics. It runs only after you choose “Allow session replay” in the browser or installed mobile app, and records the React game interface inside a browser or Capacitor WebView—not native system screens, ads, payment overlays or system-browser pages. PostHog masks typed input values and URL query strings on your device before transmission. Recording pauses on account, contact and custom wrestler, tag-team and faction order-detail screens. We configure replay not to capture console logs, network requests, request headers or bodies, canvas content, or exceptions. Visible game text and imagery may remain visible in a replay so we can understand the issue you report.

Advertising choices are separate from analytics. When website advertising is enabled, Google AdSense may display an advertisement after selected articles and guides. Google's privacy message manages advertising choices where applicable, including in the EEA, UK and Switzerland. Advertising remains disabled when its consent service is unavailable or the required permission is absent.

Use “Analytics preferences” or “Advertising preferences” in the footer to revisit website choices. Withdrawing website analytics permission blocks further loading, clears known first-party analytics storage and reloads the page to stop running analytics scripts. In the game, use Settings → Session replay analytics to allow or withdraw replay at any time; withdrawal stops subsequent recording. Advertising controls reopen Google's privacy message and stop new ad requests until permission is established again.

Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses and similar identifiers for ad delivery and measurement as described in the consent message. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services. These website choices do not change the separate privacy settings of an installed mobile app.

    6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use necessary local storage for account sessions and a local preference to remember your privacy choices. Some user-interface components may set a functional cookie when used. Optional Google and PostHog website technologies can use cookies, local storage and similar identifiers only after your permission. The installed game stores its separate session-replay choice locally; it does not rely on the website cookie preference. Browser controls can also block or remove cookies, though doing so may affect sign-in or other functionality. iOS and Android provide their own device-level privacy and tracking controls.

    7. Who receives information and international transfers

We use service providers to operate Wrestling GM 2026, including Supabase for authentication, database and server functions; Stripe for website checkout; Resend for service and submission emails; Patreon if you choose to connect it; Firebase Cloud Messaging for push delivery; Google for optional website technologies; and PostHog as our processor for optional website analytics and optional session replay. Session replay data is sent to our PostHog EU Cloud project only when you opt in. Apple and Google also process information under their own policies when you download, obtain or purchase through their respective app stores. We share only what is reasonably necessary for the relevant service.

Providers may process information outside the UK. Where a restricted transfer applies, we will use an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism, such as a UK adequacy regulation, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or another mechanism permitted by law. We may also disclose information where required by law or to investigate fraud and protect the service.

    8. Retention, security and data breaches

We keep account and cloud-save data while the account remains active; purchase and accounting records for as long as needed for legal, tax, fraud-prevention and support purposes; submissions and support correspondence for as long as needed to handle them; optional website analytics according to the configured provider settings; and optional session replay for 30 days. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed, unless a lawful reason requires longer retention.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including authenticated access controls and service-provider security features, to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. If a personal data breach is likely to create a risk to you, we will notify you and any regulator where the law requires it.

    9. Your UK GDPR rights

Subject to applicable law, you can ask for access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing based on legitimate interests, and portability of data you provided where applicable. You can withdraw consent at any time. Wrestling GM 2026 does not use the identified data for solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

To make a request, email privacy@wrestlinggm.com. We may need to verify your identity first.

    10. Account and data deletion

You can request deletion outside the app at wrestlinggm.com/delete-account. We will normally delete the account record and associated cloud saves, account-linked Patreon connection data, identifiable account-linked community activity and, where feasible, replay data linked to your opaque account identifier.

We may retain limited information needed for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security or dispute-resolution reasons. Deleting your Wrestling GM account does not automatically delete information held independently by a payment platform; their privacy policies explain their own deletion processes.

    11. Children and minors

If you are a parent, guardian or young user and believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it. Refer to the age guidance supplied with your app distribution for information about the game.

    13. Contact and complaints

Contact us at privacy@wrestlinggm.com first so we can try to resolve your concern. UK users may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
