I hear you. Your words matter.

First, thank you. Thank you to every player who took the time to complete the in-game survey for Wrestling GM 2026. This feedback is the single most useful tool I have to make the game better, and I do not take a single response for granted.

The survey was delivered directly inside the game, and players only became eligible to complete it after finishing at least 4 in-game weeks. That detail matters, and I want to explain why.

    Why this feedback matters

Because the survey was locked behind 4 in-game weeks of progression, every response came from someone who had actually lived the core gameplay loop. These players had:

    • Booked shows
    • Managed a roster
    • Built rivalries
    • Defended championships
    • Worked through the early economy
    • Experienced the weekly progression rhythm

This is not first-impression feedback. It is informed feedback from people who gave the game real time. That makes every comment, suggestion, and bug report significantly more valuable when shaping what to build next.

    Overall results

Here is the snapshot from the early experience survey:

    • 37 total responses
    • Average rating: 4.3 / 5
    • 5 stars: 16 responses
    • 4 stars: 15 responses
    • 3 stars: 6 responses

    On the recommendation question:

    • 27 players said they would recommend Wrestling GM 2026 to a friend
    • 10 players said maybe

That is a strong, encouraging signal at this stage of development, and I am genuinely grateful. At the same time, the "maybe" responses tell me there is real room to improve, and I am taking that seriously.

    What players are enjoying

The positive themes are consistent, and they tell me the core fantasy of being a wrestling GM is landing:

    • Booking system
    • GM mode and creative freedom
    • Interface
    • Federation management
    • Wrestler roster
    • Rivalry system
    • AI booking
    • Creativity
    • Gameplay
    • Money management
    • Championships
    • Easy to use

Players are connecting with the heart of the game: building a federation, booking compelling shows, growing rivalries, managing talent, and shaping a wrestling world the way they want. That is exactly the experience Wrestling GM 2026 is built to deliver, and it is the foundation everything else will grow from.

    What needs work

I want to be direct and honest here, because pretending feedback does not exist would waste the trust players have placed in this project. The most common improvement requests were:

    • Rivalry bugs
    • AI booking sync
    • More match types
    • Finance and income balance
    • Onboarding
    • More visuals and artwork
    • Women's roster
    • Gender-specific titles
    • Brands and draft system
    • Wrestler customisation
    • Locations and regions
    • Promo system
    • Custom logo
    • French translation

Some of these are quick fixes. Others are larger systems that need proper design and planning so they integrate cleanly with the rest of the game. All of them are on my radar.

    What happens next

To keep things transparent, here is how I am grouping the feedback internally:

    1. Bugs and quick fixes

Rivalry bugs, AI booking sync issues, and similar problems where the behaviour does not match the intent. These move to the top of the list.

    2. Balance improvements

Finance and income tuning, economy pacing, and progression curves so long-term saves stay healthy and rewarding.

    3. UX and onboarding improvements

A smoother first-time experience, clearer tutorials, and better guidance through the early game so new GMs feel confident faster.

    4. Bigger gameplay systems

Promo system, brands and draft system, expanded match types, gender-specific titles, and deeper wrestler customisation. These need careful design, so they will take longer, but they are coming.

    5. Long-term content expansion

Women's roster growth, more locations and regions, additional visuals and artwork, custom logo support, and language options like French translation.

I am not going to commit to exact dates here, because I would rather under-promise and over-deliver than rush systems that deserve to be done properly.

Built with the community, not in isolation

Wrestling GM 2026 is being shaped in the open. Every patch, every balance pass, and every new feature is influenced by what players are telling me. The survey results, the Discord conversations, the bug reports, the wishlists, the long-form feedback - all of it feeds directly into the roadmap.

This is not a game being built in a vacuum and dropped on the community. It is a game growing with the community.

    Thank you

To the 37 players who completed the survey, and to everyone who has shared a comment, a suggestion, a bug report, or an idea: thank you. Please keep it coming. The more honest the feedback, the better the game becomes.

Every comment, suggestion, bug report, and idea helps shape what comes next.

Wrestling GM 2026 is growing with the community.
