Wrestling GM 2026 - Beta 1.1.9 Release Notes
Beta 1.1.9 is now live
Build your reputation. Grow your federation. Create your dynasty.
Beta 1.1.9 is now rolling out for Wrestling GM 2026.
This update adds one of the biggest long-term progression foundations the game has had so far. Wrestling GM 2026 is no longer only about booking weekly shows and managing your roster. You are now building your own reputation as a General Manager, growing the federation itself, upgrading your Headquarters, hiring staff, improving facilities, and shaping a company that feels like it is genuinely developing over time.
This release also adds Trios Titles, Staff effects, Headquarters facilities, Dashboard improvements, Apple Store groundwork, profile customisation foundations, TV Network improvements, save file fixes, and a major round of translation and UI work.
As always, Wrestling GM 2026 from Just Keep Gaming remains player-first: no forced ads and no pay-to-win mechanics.

What Beta 1.1.9 focuses on
Beta 1.1.9 is about progression.
The new systems are interconnected, but each one has a different role:
- GM Levels represent your personal reputation and ability as a General Manager
- Federation Levels represent the success and standing of your promotion
- Headquarters represents the physical and operational growth of your company
- Staff gives your federation specialists who provide gameplay bonuses
- GM Skills give your personal development real management benefits
- Facilities make your Headquarters upgrades matter across training, production, contracts, sponsorships, merchandising, recovery, attendance, and more
The goal is simple: progression should feel visible, useful, and meaningful.
GM Levels
GM Levels represent the player's personal reputation, experience, and ability as a General Manager.
As your GM Level increases, you unlock stronger skills across important areas such as:
- Contract negotiations
- Creative decisions
- Financial management
- Talent management
A respected GM will find it easier to attract wrestlers, negotiate better deals, and build relationships across the wrestling world.
Your GM reputation belongs to you as the player, not only to the federation. That opens the door for future features where your GM career can matter beyond one company.
Why this matters
You are not just running a company. You are building your name as a General Manager.
Federation Levels
Federation Levels represent the overall growth, success, and standing of your promotion.
Federation experience is earned through actions such as:
- Signing talent
- Running successful shows
- Increasing popularity
- Reaching major milestones
Higher Federation Levels help your company attract better wrestlers, staff, commercial partners, and television networks.
Federation Levels are also required to unlock Headquarters upgrades.
Why this matters
A small local promotion should not feel the same as a major wrestling company. Federation Levels create a clearer journey from the bottom to the top.
Headquarters progression
Headquarters is the physical representation of your federation’s progress.
You begin with a smaller local office and can gradually upgrade into a larger, more professional facility.
All 8 Headquarters upgrade paths are now functional, with upgrades progressively unlocked from Level 1 to Level 10.
Current Headquarters facility effects include:
- Talent Operations — reduces contract costs by 1% to 10%
- Production Facility — adds up to +1 star to match and segment ratings
- Creative Studio — increases the importance of rivalry rating in match and segment ratings
- Gym & Catering Facilities — progressively increases stamina recovery
- Merchandising — increases merchandising revenue by 1% to 10%
- Training Facilities — increases chances of better training outcomes
- Medical Bay — reduces injury chance by 1% to 10%
- Commercial Suite — increases sponsorship earnings and prepares for future sponsorship placements
- Advertisement Team — increases attendance and TV viewership by 1% to 10%
Why this matters
Headquarters turns federation growth into something visible and practical. Your company does not just become more popular — it becomes more capable.
Staff system
The Staff system has now started taking shape properly.
Staff work similarly to wrestlers in some ways:
- They must be hired
- They have salaries
- They have contracts
- Their contracts can be renewed
- They have different skills
- Their role and quality affect your federation
Staff roles have also been redesigned so each position has a clearer gameplay effect.
Current Staff role direction includes:
- Head of Training & Development — chance to shift training camp results toward better outcomes
- Head of Creative — chance to generate extra rivalry heat during feud matches or segments
- Head of Production — chance to boost match or segment ratings, with a Staff Boost badge shown when triggered
- Head of Finance — improves newly signed TV Network payouts and prepares for sponsorship payout boosts
- Head of Medical Team — continues to support Gym & Catering and stamina recovery
- Head of Marketing — boosts show attendance and viewership
- Head of Talent Relations — continues to support contract and morale reporting
The old Head of Scouting role has been removed. Existing scouting staff were reassigned rather than deleted, so save data was preserved.
Staff distribution has also been updated so there are at least 3 staff members per category per job.
Why this matters
A real federation is not run by one person. Staff adds another layer of management and gives players more ways to shape how their company operates.
GM Skills and contract negotiations
GM Skill Points are now functional for contract negotiations.
Contract negotiation skills reduce salary expectations from wrestlers and staff based on your skill level.
This gives your GM progression an immediate practical benefit and makes your personal development matter in day-to-day management.
Trios Titles
Beta 1.1.9 adds Trios Titles.
Trios Championships can now be defended in 3v3 matches.
If one member of the Trios Champions leaves the company, the title is vacated.
Why this matters
Trios Titles add another championship format and give players more flexibility when booking factions, stables, and team-based divisions.
Dashboard redesign
The main Dashboard has been redesigned to introduce GM Level and Federation Level more clearly.
The Week Summary page has also been updated to be more compact and to show GM and Federation Level progression updates.
This makes progression easier to follow without forcing players to dig through menus.
AI Federation and championship fixes
This update also improves AI Federation handling and championship logic.
- AI Championship defence rules have been fixed so wrestlers who leave AI Federations vacate championships properly
- The AI Federation page has received visual improvements
- TV Networks can now be signed per brand
- Show Expectations have been adjusted so Excellent ratings remain achievable
- Rookie difficulty now gives players a wider margin before shows are rated Weak or Terrible
- Veteran difficulty receives a smaller cushion
- Booker difficulty remains unchanged
Avatar Frames and Profile Frames
Work has started on Avatar Frames and Profile Frames.
Long-term, the aim is to support features such as multiplayer, live chat, or profile sharing. Profile customisation gives players a way to add personality to their GM identity and earn visual rewards through achievements.
This is early groundwork, but it adds another sense of accomplishment and long-term progression.
Rumble Feed updates
New Rumble Feed messages have been added for:
- Wrestlers walking out of a company
- Dirt Sheets reporting wrestler unhappiness with a company
This helps make the wider wrestling world feel more reactive when morale and contract situations go wrong.
App Store preparation has started
Work has officially started on the Apple Store version of Wrestling GM 2026.
The first test version is expected within the coming weeks.
Initial iOS work includes:
- Early App Store compatibility fixes
- Native gameplay mode adjustments for Android and iOS top/bottom navigation
- Community Reward link fixes on iOS
- Page scroll-to-top fixes on iOS navigation
- Initial support for core game functionality, with in-game purchases and Ads for Rewards still pending
This is a major step toward bringing Wrestling GM 2026 to more players.
Save file and performance fixes
This update also includes important save file work.
Some save files could become too large and fail to load. Existing games now have a file size reduction mechanism to help address this.
Other fixes include:
- Patreon membership status now updates automatically
- Staff hiring crash fixed
- Project vulnerabilities fixed
- General stability improved
Translations completed
Translations have now been completed for all 6 supported locales.
French and Italian have also had their “In progress” status removed.
This is a major localisation milestone and helps make Wrestling GM 2026 more accessible across more regions.
Show Booking and UI improvements
Several pages have received UI and UX improvements.
- Show Booking page look updated
- Week Summary made more compact
- Staff Overview page cleaned up
- Locked staff roles now sort below unlocked roles
- Locked or vacant roles now show the correct role description instead of random candidate bios
- Head Office upgrade cards restyled to match the Staff roster look
Thank you
Beta 1.1.9 is a major progression update.
GM Levels, Federation Levels, Headquarters, Facilities, Staff, GM Skills, Trios Titles, profile customisation groundwork, and App Store preparation all move Wrestling GM 2026 toward a deeper and more complete wrestling management simulator.
Thank you to everyone testing, reporting issues, supporting the project, and helping shape the game.
