Wrestling GM 2026 - Beta 1.1.7 Release Notes
Beta 1.1.7 is now live
Storylines, brands, rewards, languages, and the biggest update so far
Beta 1.1.7 is now rolling out for Wrestling GM 2026.
This is the biggest update the game has had so far. It touches some of the most important parts of the experience: rivalries, storytelling, brand management, roster size, community rewards, championships, translations, filters, and overall usability.
The goal is simple: give players more control, more freedom, and more tools to build a wrestling universe that feels alive.
As always, Wrestling GM 2026 from Just Keep Gaming remains player-first: no forced ads and no pay-to-win mechanics.

What Beta 1.1.7 focuses on
Beta 1.1.7 is about giving players more creative control.
Rivalries now have more structure through Storyline Narratives. Angles and promos now give players more control over intent, location, and outcome. Multi Brand Split introduces a major new way to organise your roster, shows, and championships. Community Rewards give players in-game bonuses for supporting the game across social platforms without requiring payment.
This update also adds new languages, a much larger roster, custom championship uploads, better filters, a new theme, Rumble Feed fixes, and many quality-of-life improvements.
Community Rewards
Beta 1.1.7 introduces Community Rewards.
Players can now earn in-game rewards for following or subscribing to Wrestling GM 2026 across social platforms. These rewards do not require payment. Free options are available, including the free Patreon tier.
After completing a community action, players receive a random choice from reward options such as:
- Elite Coach Visit — Two wrestlers receive advanced training
- Sponsor Donation — JustKeepGaming.Online sends your federation a cash donation
- Local Gym Deal — Your next training session is free
- Roster Spa Break — Your roster recovers stamina
- Social Buzz — Your next show receives increased attendance
- Industry Goodwill — AI Federation relationships improve
After following all 6 pages, players unlock a bonus reward package:
- 5% attendance boost for the next 2 shows
- 3 free training sessions
- Roster recovery +10
- AI Federation relationship improvement
- Sponsor donation
Why this matters
Wrestling GM 2026 grows because of the community. Community Rewards give something back to players who help the game grow, while keeping rewards optional and fair.
Rivalries rebuilt with Storyline Narratives
The Rivalries system has received a major rework.
Players can now use Storyline Narratives, giving rivalries a clearer direction without forcing specific booking outcomes.
Storylines provide objectives, but they do not lock players into one exact path. You can follow a predefined scenario or continue booking freely.
This keeps the booking freedom intact while giving feuds stronger momentum and structure.
Rivalry creation has also been improved:
- New rivalries now open on a dedicated page instead of a modal
- Rivalries are now separated into Active, Secondary, and Resolved tabs
- Released wrestlers now have both active rivalries and secondary tensions cleared
- Secondary tensions dissolve if not maintained over the last 4 weeks
- Secondary tensions can be deleted manually
- Active rivalries can be ended or deleted with confirmation pop-ups
- Resolved rivalries can be reinstated or deleted
- A setting has been added to disable automatic rivalries
- A setting has been added to disable secondary tensions
Why this matters
Rivalries are one of the heartbeats of a wrestling game. This update makes them easier to manage, easier to understand, and more flexible for different booking styles.
Angles and Promos now have more purpose
Segments and promos have also been reworked.
Angles now allow players to define clearer storytelling intent, such as:
- Put Opponent Over
- Elevate Championship
- Demand Title Match
Players can also specify the location and outcome of an angle.
For example:
- Angle: Ambush
- Location: Parking Lot
- Outcome: Betrayal Reveal
This makes segments feel less generic and gives players more control over the story being told.
Why this matters
A rivalry is not just a match. It is promos, attacks, betrayals, confrontations, title demands, and moments that build anticipation. This system is designed to make those moments feel more meaningful.
Multi Brand Split
Beta 1.1.7 starts work on one of the biggest structural features in the game: Multi Brand Split.
Players can now create unlimited brands and customise them with:
- Full brand name
- Short brand name
- Custom colour
Players can draft wrestlers to different brands and easily see how many wrestlers are assigned to each brand.
Brand rules can now also affect:
- Shows
- Championships
- Match booking
- Promo booking
- AI Booking
Players can restrict specific championships and shows to specific brands, and the booking systems now respect those rules.
Brand divisions can also be set as:
- Male only
- Female only
- Intergender
Brands can be deleted, which moves all wrestlers, championships, and shows back to unassigned.
Why this matters
For players running bigger federations, brand management is a huge step forward. You can now separate divisions, organise your roster more clearly, and build different identities inside the same company.
Brand Draft Event
The new Brand Draft Event gives players several ways to assign wrestlers to brands.
Draft options include:
- All wrestlers
- All wrestlers except current champions
- Only unassigned wrestlers
Draft modes include:
- Manual — choose wrestlers one by one
- Automatic with Preview — the game suggests assignments, but the player approves them
- Fully Automatic — the game completes the draft and shows a summary
Automatic drafts attempt to balance brands evenly.
Future iterations are planned to support different brand styles such as Flagship Brand, Minor Brand, and Development Brand.
Why this matters
Brand Split should not feel like admin work. The Brand Draft Event gives players control when they want it and automation when they do not.
More wrestlers added
The roster has grown significantly.
The game has gone from 285 wrestlers to 396 wrestlers, with more still planned. The long-term target is currently around 500–600 wrestlers.
Several older wrestler images have also been updated to match the newer animation style, including examples such as Hiroshi Nakamura.
Why this matters
A bigger roster gives players more variety, more signing options, more booking combinations, and better long-term save depth.
New languages added
Beta 1.1.7 expands localisation support.
The following languages have been added or completed:
- Portuguese Brazil
- Latin American Spanish
- French
- Italian
This is part of the wider plan to make Wrestling GM 2026 more accessible to players around the world.
If you are able to help validate translations, your feedback is welcome through the community channels.
Championship improvements
Championships have received several improvements.
This update fixes an issue where vacated champions could still appear as Current in championship history.
Championship cards have also been cleaned up, and the game now includes:
- 9 predefined championships
- Custom championship belt/logo uploads
- More compact and centre-aligned championship images
- Fixes for custom championship uploads so the full belt is shown rather than only the shield
For best results, custom championship belt uploads should use a PNG image in a 2:1 aspect ratio.
Why this matters
Championships are supposed to feel important. Better visuals, cleaner history, and custom uploads give each federation more identity.
Rumble Feed improvements
Rumble Feed also received improvements in this update.
- Fixed an issue where wrestlers outside the player’s federation were tagged as being in the player’s federation
- Feed entries are now limited to the current and previous week
- This improves usability and reduces save size
- Added support for account-specific messaging
- If a specific account message is unavailable, the system falls back to standard role-based messages
- Reduced some match names to avoid overly long feed titles
Why this matters
Rumble Feed is designed to make your universe feel alive. These changes make it cleaner, more accurate, and easier to expand with more personality in future updates.
Better filters across the game
A standardised wrestler filter has been added across key pages, including:
- Roster
- All Wrestlers
- Match Creation
- Segment Creation
- Rivalry Creation
- Brand Draft
This should make searching and filtering wrestlers much more consistent, especially now that the roster is much larger.
Injury badges improved
The injury badge on the All Wrestlers page now shows how many weeks the wrestler is injured for.
This makes it easier to understand availability without opening each wrestler profile.
Startup and UI improvements
Beta 1.1.7 also includes another round of usability and performance work.
- Startup time has been improved by reducing lag and freezes
- Draft and Brand Split pages have received UI/UX improvements
- Rivalries UI is now more compact
- Rivalry action flows now include confirmation pop-ups where needed
- The new Lime Vega theme has been added
