Alpha 0.2.5 Patch

This Alpha update focuses on AI federation behaviour and TV network stability.

Fix: Addressed issues in TV Network deals so broadcasts and revenue behave more reliably.
Added: Basic AI Federation Interaction enabling simple AI-driven federation decisions and behaviours.
Added: Custom AI Federation Names so AI federations now have unique, flavorful identities.

We're planning to launch Beta Open testing on the Google Play Store - an update will be shared in the coming week with details on how to join the Beta.
